The Lift Up project is brought to you by chidlovski.com.
The footage features a overview of Olympic weightlifting in China from pioneers of 1950s to the Olympic debut of Team China in Los Angeles in 1984, from Jingkai Chen, the first Chinese ever to set a world record (133 kg cj in bantamweight in 1956), to Chen Manlin in 1960s and 1970s to Chen Weiqiang, who went on to win gold at the 1984 olympics.
