Hi Keith, not sure if you remember me but we worked together at Holiday Hall (Mathew Hall) as sparks, with the London Olympics just round the corner I was talking to a coleague who attanded the 2008 event and mentioned I once worked with a weightlifter and with the power of the internet found you on this site, I remember your early days when you were bulking upon the peanuts whilst we worked at Brent cross doing the roadway heating, hope you are well, all the best Gary
