Valery Shary In the Late 1960s


Champion of the 1976 Summer Olympics, Valery Shary of Minsk, Belarus cleans the weight at one of the competitions in the late 1960s.

So far, I wasn’t able to identify the tournament. My initial guess it’s the 82.5 weight class at the 1969 USSR Championship in Rostov, Russia but I am not 100 percent positive on it.
