Mohan Lal Ghosh, a very nice Bengali gentleman, was India's National Champion and record holder in the Featherweight in the early 60's and Lightweight class champion in the late 60's. He placed 8th or 10th in 62 (?) world championships, 2nd in 66 commonwealth games and 10th in the 64 Tokyo Olympics in Featherweight class. His Clean and Jerk National Indian record was 140 kg. in featherweight, and 150 kg. in the Lightweight class. He was working for either the Indian Railways or the Indian Armed Forces.
